ALFA Romeo 156 JTS Performance camshafts

    Hi All
Just fitted set of Colombo & Bariani camshafts to my 2004 156 jts, And its a new car still plenty of go down low but once it gets up around 4500 rpm it pulls like a train all the way to red line. still good idle and no ecu/software mods, $1550.00 landed here for the pair ,witch is the price of one standed cam here in aus,and as JTS engine are pron to wear out camshafts this is a great solution..

so happy had to let people know dont settle for standed cams

I'm looking at doing the same thing as my cam lobes have worn on my JTS and it's quite noisy/rattly.
What else did you replace? Followers? Cam and Balancer belts and tensioners? How much did the labour set you back to have them fitted? Or did u do it yourself?
    Thanks.

    Hi
My was due for belts anyway so I did the lot also replaced the followers just to be safe, got all the parts ,belts, lifters, tensioners ,cams etc from uk landed here about 2800 the lot including the cams nearly half the price of buying the stuff here.I fitted them myself but I did the same job couple of weeks ago and I think I charged him about 8 hours for the whole lot,
