You will eventually have to change over to Qld rego
Default plates are these lovely Maroon-on-White (which blend perfectly with.....nothing, esp' Black)

    or

go to www.ppq.com.au and concoct your own plate combo & size ($400 to $2300) but be prepared for a bagging from us on here.

Point(s) taken on the "05 VIO" . Concidered same combo in Euro but they are a massive 520 mm long, wanted the smallest possible on the front (370x100) w' black background. 90% of the population wont get VIO anyways...
running out of excuses...JR help me here !!........

    ......

    M5 SOLD !!
    Next - F6E "The Turbo Taxi" is here....Release the inner-Bogan !

doesn't qld have some kind of equivalent to the nsw skinny plates? thats sad D: i love them. and my "bless you" (BLS-68U) plates ROCK.

//edit: looked at the ppq site, i can almost perfectly replicate them .............................. for $415.. might just go with personalised plates ("ZEN93" or something idk)

LMAO, I got nothin'! But seriously though, those standard QLD plates look shocking on your car, you're right, they don't go with anything. You gotta do something with 'em, and I reckon you're on the right track. But at the end of the day, what anyone else thinks is irrelevant, it's your car and you should do what you think looks best.

agreed, it does look much better now. shouldn't you qlders be proud of the maroon though??

and at least people will be sure to know the year of manufacture and your cylinder count, if they were unsure

    That looks TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding, I think it looks 500 times better. Regardless of state, I think the black and whites always look much neater.

Might state the obvious but its still not in the same league as M52NV or similar. I have a couple of plates that have more wank factor lol.

    Good result IMO

Nice work Steve, looks much better! Now that the car is finished, you could probably find time to mow the front lawn
