Apart from ordering direct from Imparts; your best option may be bringing in a large order from BMA or Pelican. Ah, the wonderful costs of E30s.
You could also try ordering your Bosch bits from Raceparts Australia (forum supporter). For an M20, the normal timing belt is 127 teeth (though some 1985 models of 323i and 325e used a 128 tooth one for some reason, not sure if that is relevant to Australian models), and the tensioner is the same across the range.
Bosch Timing Belt Number: 9053 (127 tooth) (Full part number 1 987 949 053)
Bosch Belt & Tensioner Kit: 8612 (127 tooth)
If your timing belt number is supposed to be one of the following BMW Parts, then you can use the 127 tooth 9053 belt (common):
11 31 1 711 081
11 31 1 711 082
11 31 1 713 361
If it is one of these numbers, you need the 9054 belt (128 tooth):
11 31 1 272 384
11 31 1 286 168
Bosch also do the regular range of belts for the BMWs; i.e. water pump/alternator/fan, power steering, air conditioning; as well as a whole range of OE parts, like fuel filters, pumps, spark plugs, spark plug leads, etc. The last time I did a big order through Raceparts for Bosch stuff it was quite good value.
For your 323i, this is the Bosch information for which belts are available:
