Sourcing drive belts for e36 M3

    Hey fellas,

Need some help finding an A/C belt and an alternator belt for my 97 M3.

Does anyone here have access to a good price plus delivery for the above items?

I don't feel like paying dealer prices for something I will change myself.

    Thanks in advance,

    Gareth

I bought bosch brand from Autobarn...Just had to order them in; you need to just tell them the sizes...

    Was about 100 bucks both.

Forum supporting vendor Raceparts Australia can supply Bosch OE belts for your 1997 M3; you are after belts with the follow numbers (or very close to):
    5PK1125 (A/C) (Bosch says 5PK1120)
    6PK1515 (Alt/WP/PS) (Bosch doesn't list, but should have one close e.g. 6PK1510 or 6PK1520

They should be able to source one quickly (if they don't already have it in stock) and then ship it to you via Australia Post for very few dollars.

Hey thanks for all your responses!

100 bucks seems a bit steep...

    I shall try race parts

Thanks for everyone's help, always good stuff on here.

Just an update if anyone is interested...

I ordered a set off Raceparts Australia who were very good and the package came quickly.

On my car were 6PK1515 and 5PK880. To my door for $70.55.

    Very happy, would recommend them.
