I'm not sure debating whether to do PI with alfa Romeo or not depending on how car holds out

well someone's gotta do it, so i will say that the Sunday at Sandown was pretty good.
BIG turnout for the combined WRX, BMW etc clubs. Would estimate 6x groups of 15- 20+ cars. Made for some busy track time..

Day started off wet and there were a few tears from a few people (WRX into armco, 200sx into armco etc) but as track dried out it was OK I think. Stayed dry too.

I'm quite pleased with the recent additions to car; treehouse racing cabs, new arms, new tierods, new steering rack, new steering uni, oil cooler & A048's etc etc.... car feels very good to drive.
Still a long way to learn how far the A048's can be pushed. I was getting them to about 32psi after a run which i think is just a little below optimal pressure? I was starting about 28psi cold/cool.

Said a quick hi to Gaz, he seemed to be having a good day I think. Saw some old people from times past, good times.

I'm looking forward to winton in a few weeks. Yeah sandown was not too bad a bit damp for our 2wd cars but I was happy to run in the low 1.27's. I'm gunna upgrade the sway bars to get the car balance better which will b good for winton

Has anyone been to a test n tune day at Winton on a Friday?

I noticed its $120 for the day. Iv read some reports on other forums that there is no more than 40 cars max.

Sounds like a rad day to get some time in the seat.
