    Lucky for me some kind fellow has a early 323i flywheel and starter motor for me, and is going to sort me out a clutch and pressure plate too!

    LS2 coil packs have been ordered.

    D514-A is the model. I was looking at the LS1 coils, but found the LS2 to be similarly priced and are 120 milliamps compared to 40 milliamps.

    Will be using "cut to fit" spark plug wires probably - depending on where we decide to mount the coils. Might make a "box" for them and put them on the rocker cover, have it ceramic coated to keep the heat away from them.

    you could mount them inside the firewall. you can buy bulkhead fittings for doing it.my mate has them in his 68 camaro. A1s i think they are in myaree make silicon supressed 10mm leadsto order and are cheap too
    if you want ill hit him up see where he got them

    nope, but I don't need EV1 connectors when I have a brand new harness with no plugs on it going in the car. They are also 11mm and not 14mm bungs

    thats why i specified EV1....hmm your fabricator with have fun with the bungs. i was going to do it, not sure atm. Its easy enough i guess, turn up some stock, epoxy it in and away you go.

    well the fuel rail end he is fabricating from a blank piece of ally, not sure about the manifold bungs though.
