+1 for a no to the avantis

+1 for a yes to the wheels nath suggested. they are a BMW wheel from the M3 CSL. there are reps all over the place. AFAIK, the only way to pick up a genuine set is to have the VIN from your M3 CSL (or get very lucky finding a used set)
Sell me or trade me your black E39 sport seats for my Black comfort seats. PM FOR DETAILS.

CSL's would look hawt on a ti with an m3 kit.
Not sure how the 316 would move with 19's though.

    • E30 318is - Gone but not forgotten.
    • E46 328ci - BC BR Coilovers, TMS Sways, UUC Evo3 SSK, AFE Stage 2 intake, LM reps, stereo bits, lighting bits. (It's no E30)

A mate of mine just put a set of 19 csl reps+tyres on his e46. He paid $2200 new with a set of pedders from Tempe Tyres here in Sydney....fitted. Tyres are cheap assed chinese brand. Advanti are something you will put on and like for a week or two and then cry about the hard earned cash you threw away. Besides the factory BMW rims are stronger, spin truer and probably worth more.

    Me though, im biased....SIMMONS!

He'll be regretting his choice of tyre... . Though I guess if you can't stretch budget then you have to... still.

    Go with the CSL's

That was the offical stance when they first came out, dont know if that stances has lapsed or what. Anyway the wheels came on the ZCP (competition) pack so you can get them OEM for the dealer regardless of the stance on the CSL items.

I vote no to the Medusa and offer this as an alternative:

    Hamann HM2 18" x 8.5" et38 just recently hand polished and painted.

    +2 They look nice
Drag racing an e30 is like playing poker with a hooker. It's fun but it's not what you bought it for.
