Thumbs down Really cheap bmw's on market make me angry

Some one just sent me this link, a 1999 323ci for only 19k!!!

apparently deposit all ready taken but...just thinking who gets angry when they see a bargin like this I mean I paid the same price for my 2001 320i a few months ago I would have loved a 2 door but had to settle with the 4 door as none were in my range, whats the sudden reason for the price drops of e46 323ci, 325ci ect ect???

    heres the link...

dude i think thats been in some sort of bad accident, seems the seats have been replaced, with god knows seats out of what? where the hell can u get bmw electric sports seats in cloth? and if u look closely its got the tacho out of an american or actually probably british car, and probably some other things i cant pick up on on.

id rather a 320i sedan which im 100% sure in. sure it looks a bit boring, but a set of BBS's and other bits and pieces will have it looking shmick!

Whats peoples view on a 1999/2000 328Ci its time to upgrade the old E30 and I would love to jump to a E46 coupe. Carsales has them averaging from $23k which is around my budget.
