Whoops nope, the RB's running real rich so we have found out since it went on the dyno so we are getting a new AFM and getting it returned before driving any more

Nothing new, I just got to make a new sump up for it. The current sump has a couple of seaps in it. So I want to build another sump which holds a little more oil than the current one.

Ok to bring this back to the top.

I will be making the new sump for it next week. We are still having problems with it running rich. We believe we have tracked this down though. Want to tidy up wiring fix and oil leak from the gearbox and few more tidy up things that were never done initially. Once it hit the street it made it hard to roll it back into the shed

Well the rebirth is done. As you can see we have tidied up the engine bay significantly I spent about 5 hours welding up unused holes. Then the engine bay got a full respray. New sump, power steering now works, redid the brake lines redid all the wiring, It now almost looks factory now which is very important to me. Heading to willowbank tonight

That engine bay looks extremely HOT!. Only faults IMO is the huge hole in the front bar, And that peice of silicon on the front pipe connection it to the other one looks funny and out of place, There not really large things to notice, but there things which stand out to me lol....

Throw on some stockies and go scare ricerboys :P

Yes i have had a go at him about the front bar, we are going to fix it up a bit, but it wont be getting a M3 bar thats for sure.

And that piece of silicone is necessary somewhere you would never get a single piece out.

The cooler piping will be redone once I have my stainless welding gear. We are going to reroute it, warm air to the drivers side then come up from the passenger side to the TB. This will eliminate the cool air going back in front of the engine heating back up. People have experienced a 12* drop in inlet temperatures by changing it.

Yes it went on the dyno yesterday morning still running real rich it is getting remapped soon. It ran 135rwkw on the dyno, and with his first ever run on the track he ran a best time of 14.5. Once the fuel problem is fixed and retuned he is hoping to get into the 13 sec bracket.

Ok my mate got a ECU ROM chip from a guy of SAU. Replaced it in his ECU went back on the dyno yesterday 210HP / 156.597kw at the rear wheels. Over fueling is now also fixed, more responsive and has a heap more mid range.

For a stock RB20 turbo still this is quite heathly with most on SAU getting 145/150rwkw with similar mods on a stock turbo.

not bad at all, i am looking for 225 to 250 rwhp when mines done but im gonna go straight to a 25 turbo or a kkr 380 , maybe even a hybrid . we'l see.

What boost were you running when you made 210?

    Into engine conversions? -Motorswaps.net

14psi, my mate is also looking into the KKR380 as an option on this one.
