    Thanks, the mounts were a calculated gusetamate No basic just looking in the engine bay holding the mount in on both sides gave a feel to where it should be positioned. I then took a meausurement of were it should be before removing the crossmember for welding.

    this will be very cool when its done, looks like ur gonna have fun fitting the radiator up front, theres not much room left.

    You are right it will be a very tight fit, engine fan is definatley not an option. My mate is looking into try to get an original R32 radiator and is going to see if they fit.

    the sr20det radiator is a perfect fit betweent the rails on a e30, probably the same for e36

    Got the intercooler mounted tonight, start the piping tommorow.

    I didn't get any before pics of any parts, forgot. Well here is what I have.



    Picture of the drivers side mount tacked up.



    Inside shot, shows the folded centre section I designed, drew up, had cnc cut and then I folded it up to form a neat C chanell around the cooler.



    Welded up ready for paint.



    Cooler installed.

    Stay tuned more tommorow.

    Wiring me and my mate we will sort if out, this isn't my first engine conversion. Should be flogging out rear tyres in under 2 weeks.
