Although the administrators and moderators of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED], nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. The forum rules state that posts are not editable, and please don't ask for anything that could be classified as illegal. This can include pirated software, music, pornography and even things like Fake I.D's. Once seen, they can and will be deleted. If you find something you have posted is deleted, this is more than likely the case. In the case of pornography, anything linked will be deleted, and any pics linked or posted on the site that are pornographic will be deleted. Please keep anything in relation to the opposite sex tasteful if you please. Remember that we do have some under 18 members here, so please consider them. Admins and Moderators reserve the right to close, move, or delete threads and/or posts which they deem to be inappropriate or misaligned with these guidelines. We reserve the right to not have to explain every one of our actions. We are doing it in the best interest of ECCA. If you are a company looking to make a buck from selling items on ECCA, please check with the administrators first about becoming a supporting vendor. If you are a company and sign up to purely message people privately to sell your stuff, you may and can be banned, without an explanation. We are fair up to a point. It is realised that ECCA is now a large community of knowledgable people, and wish to keep it as such. Yes, we ban people, again as we see fit, if they become a nuisance to either the Administration Staff (this includes Administrators and all styles of Moderators), as it is all in the interest of keeping a level playing field through the club. Some people might call it having 'empowerment issues' but we say its in our members best interest. We like to think that the members of ECCA are passionate about their cars and driving, and want to keep it that way. We also reserve the right that any statements made on ECCA, are in no way condoned by ECCA itself. Our members do have their own thoughts and ideas on certain actions/companies etc, and that healthy discussion is encouraged most of the time. If you are an external company and find something is not agreeable with you on the forums, please contact the Administration for a resolution.
